A panel porch takes about six or seven days to build after the measure. None of that happens at your house.
Anywhere from a couple of hours to a full day for a panel porch. An extruded aluminum enclosure is fabricated on site and takes a day or two. That is the whole of the disruption.
Anything that is not right gets fixed on the spot. And if something moves later — a post settles, a door starts to sag — we come back. We stand behind the labor.

He gave me an exact price over the phone, chose a time that works for me to come measure (did it in 30 min) and then gave me a final quote and invoice that matched his initial quote, and then a week later installed the screens in under an hour. They install screens on windows and decks. I've viewed several of their finished work and have been impressed with their quality and quick response if there happened to be an issue. They stand behind their work. Small enough for personal service, yet large enough to handle 8 story apartment building windows. I highly recommend.
