Screen America works for property managers, HOAs, builders and facilities teams as well as homeowners. The commercial side of the business is a different job from a back-porch screen: whole building facades, balcony runs across every floor, solar screen on storefronts, and doors supplied at volume. We have been doing it from Ball Ground since 1997.
Right now we are working in Hilton Head for Marriott, where we supplied 530 doors. If the number of openings is what is putting you off calling a contractor, that is usually the part we are best at.
Screen on an apartment or condo facade fails all at once. It is the same age across the whole building, it takes the same weather, and once it starts to go the elevation looks neglected from the street — which is a leasing problem long before it is a maintenance one.

We rescreen the whole elevation rather than patching unit by unit, which is both cheaper per opening and the only way the building ends up looking uniform. Work is staged floor by floor so residents keep access.
Screened balconies are the amenity residents actually use, and the one most likely to be quietly out of service across half a building. We screen balcony openings across whole properties, matching frame colour to the existing exterior so a rescreened floor does not announce itself against the ones above it.

Solar screen on a west-facing storefront or a tall window wall cuts heat gain and glare without replacing glass, which is the cheapest useful thing you can do to a building that cooks every afternoon. We fit it to storefronts, office elevations and arched window walls where a standard panel will not sit square.

We supply and fit screen doors in quantity, which is a different exercise from buying them a few at a time — consistent hardware, one frame colour, one contractor accountable for the lot. The Marriott job in Hilton Head ran to 530 doors.
Most commercial screen work is handed to a general maintenance contractor who subs it out or improvises it. Screen is what this company does, every week, and has since 1997:
Send photographs of the elevation or a few representative openings and a rough count, and we can usually come back with something useful before anyone drives anywhere. For a walk-through, call 770-427-3229 or use the contact form — it takes photos.
